Jared Balint is the co-host of 2 Many Men on the Mic, a weekly radio show and podcast dedicated to the youth hockey community. A longtime player, coach, board member, and passionate hockey dad, Jared brings firsthand experience and real-world perspective to every episode. He hopes to leverage his experience—and the lessons learned from his mistakes—to support players, parents, and coaches navigating their own journeys. When he's not behind the mic, Jared can be found coaching or playing at the rink, leading community programs, or playing a little guitar off the ice.
On our July 17th show, USA Hockey Assistant Executive Director for Player Development Bob Mancini joined Drew and Jared for a conversation about the best traits for youth hockey players.
In November of 2024 a talented young hockey player was taken from his family, his teammates and the St Louis Hockey Community. Colin Brown was an amazing youth hockey player but an even more amazing young man. To honor his memory his family has established a Facebook community called 72 Acts of Kindness. 2 many Men on the Mic supports this community and we hope you will too. Click on the logo above to learn more about Colin's story and how a little kindness can be contagious.
We're not just a Podcast and Radio Show - Drew and Jared are a two man acoustic band! ClickHere to find out more!
2 Many Men on the Mic would not be where we are today without the unbelievable partnership with The Lou Information Station. THANK-YOU to Dave Greene and his team! The Lou Information Station features content that reflects what people in St. Louis are talking about.
